Lead the operational performance and empower employees
As the new Head of Operations at CAPRES, you will be reporting to the General Manager and your primary tasks will be within Operations & Systems and Management. As such, you will take ownership of CAPRES’ operations including build plan for systems, production of probes, supply chain, parts inventory customer- & product support as well as engineering. This implicates that you will lead the preparation and periodical updates of the system build plan as well as supporting and managing the system production partner located in Fremont CA, USA. You will also take the lead in the excess and no demand reporting within stock and inventory. Furthermore, in close collaboration with the management team, you will be co-responsible for the overall management of CAPRES. Additionally, you will set the direction for CAPRES’ operations in alignment with CAPRES’ strategy as well as management and development of section managers. You will also act as a supporting mechanism for section managers in relation to development and implementation of policies and work processes within the framework of operations.
A responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind
We expect you to have an academic background in electronics, nanotechnology, physics or similar with manufacturing as a pivotal point. Most importantly, you have been leading and managing the operational area in a similar industry with direct responsibility for a department of employees with academic backgrounds, where you have worked with systems like ERP, LEAN principles, Safe, Agile or SCRUM based methods. Moreover, you must be used to working in an international company with multiple locations outside of Denmark. Lastly, you are comfortable with English as the primary business language.

You always attack issues with an analytical and logical approach and are able to oversee and tackle complex and long-term challenges. Moreover, you manage to keep a cool head and make rational decisions under pressure.
