CD Bioparticles provides Basic Gold Nanoparticles including Standard Gold Nanoparticles, Stabilized Gold Nanoparticles and Ultrapure Gold Nanoparticles.

Standard Gold Nanoparticles are citrate/ tannic acid stabilized and optimized for high protein binding efficiency.
Concentrated Gold Nanoparticles are highly concentrated and available at 15 O.D./mL or 50 O.D./ml, even up to 100 O.D./ml as custom request.
Stabilized Gold Nanoparticles show prolonged stability, higher salt tolerance and temperature stability owe to the proprietary stabilizing surfactant in citrate buffer, which are ideal for use applications requiring harsher conditions.
Ultrapure Gold Nanoparticles are produced by laser ablation of bulk gold in water, which results in gold nanoparticles without any contaminants.
Reactant Free Gold Nanoparticles are ideal for sensitive applications requiring a minimum amount of contaminating reactants remnant from the manufacturing process. Their purity is more than 99% reactant free.
Our citrate capped spherical gold nanoparticles are prepared using citrate reduction process. The conjugation of proteins and other ligands to the gold nanoparticle surface is employed by passive adsorption due to electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between the protein and the surface layer of the colloidal gold. The resulting conjugate can be used in blotting, electron microscopy, lateral flow, dark field microscopy, surfaced enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), and other biosensor development. The high uniform shape and size of gold nanoparticles ensures antibody binding, giving reliable results in your assay. This translates into higher performance and reduced costs for your specific assay.
