Shida is a postgraduate research assistant in Master of Science (MSc.) in Liquid Crystal & Colloidal Chemistry (University of Malaya, Malaysia). With her eagerness to try and learn something new, She has gained experience in GC-MS, TEM, DSC, TGA, XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, Raman, photoluminescence, UV-Vis instrumental handlings and analyses, other than learning Japanese & Mandarin languages. She helps the network by editing the daily articles and keeping the database up-to-date.
Ongoing double major in English (Hon.) Professional Communication, and Creative Writing, Minor in Professional Writing, with a background in Biochemistry (University of Victoria, Canada). A technical and professional writer, Jack writes articles for the Nanotechnology World Network and simultaneously works with the humanitarian NGO SOLS 24/7 in their marketing and communications department. His interests vary widely, and include everything from sustainable power sources to evolutionary theory to nanotechnology.
Guilherme is an experimental physicist engaged in science-based innovation to transform life and environmental quality. He obtained his B.S. in Biological Physics (2011) from the São Paulo State University, followed by M.Sc. (2015) and Ph.D. (2018) in Materials Science from the University of São Paulo. He was trained in materials electrochemistry and engineering started from his graduate education. Guilherme’s current research topic is renewable energy conversion with an emphasis on the development of functional materials. He has also been participating in oral care related projects with a focus on ceramic materials. He has written scientific articles and an invited book chapter. Currently, he is a technical writer supported by Rock Content at Brazil.
