Colloidal Metrics was formed to provide the characterization field with advanced size and concentration standards that address frequently encountered problems with inter-instrument and inter-laboratory comparability. Initial work was completed in collaboration with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to synthesize a line of novel ultra mono-disperse polystyrene-latex (PSL) nano spheres.
