In 1994 I founded CFD Associates, a firm consulting in cavitation and CFD. Clients included NASA, DuPont, Estee Lauder and many others. I was Sr. Research Engineer in the Fluid Mechanics Group for Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., Sunnyvale, CA, responsible for hydrodynamic and CFD analysis of cavitation and supercavitation during the underwater launch of the Trident I & II missiles. I was granted a patent for a cavitating rotor-stator in 1996, No. 5,522,553.
