Pulp fluffing

By Rise Pfi

Our Buffalo W-6-H hammer mill enables efficient defibration of pulp sheets into clean, uniform fluff with excellent fiber opening. Through controlled hammer milling, the unit separates fibers consistently, minimizing shives and delivering stable specific volume and absorption properties. This process ensures reliable fluff quality suited for absorbent packaging, hygiene products, and specialty applications. We offer hammer mill fluffing, either as a stand-alone service or combined with our full range of fluff analyses to optimize performance and material consistency.
