GTS operates a software on the numeric simulation of semiconductor devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and grants licenses for the Software. The subject-matter of the services to be provided by GTS may be, alternatively or jointly: (a) granting of an ordinary right of use with respect to the Software that is neither exclusive nor transferable and confined in fact and time to the term of the Contractual Relationship with the Client (Werknutzungsbewilligung). The Client shall herewith be granted a limited, personal, limited in time, limited in territory, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable – to the term of the Contractual Relationship – license to use the Software (the "License Right").
