The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) comprises the Intellectual Property and Business Development sub-units under the Department of Research and Partnerships. The Office is responsible for implementing the BITRI Institutional Intellectual Property Policy and the Innovation Management Framework (IMF). The TTO ensures effective transfer and commercialisation of all intellectual property generated by BITRI through research and development activities. Intellectual Property Management: IP policy implementation, Protection of BITRI innovations, IP registration and compliance. Innovation & Commercialisation: Technology commercialisation, Industry partnerships, Spin-offs and licensing. Business Development: Market readiness support, Industry engagement, Innovation scaling strategies.
