Therapeutic Products Pipeline

By Aphios Corp.

Enhanced Therapeutics for High-Value Unmet Medical Needs Aphios® is advancing a diversified pipeline of enhanced therapeutics and platform-enabled products addressing significant unmet medical needs in cancer supportive care, infectious diseases, and central and peripheral nervous system disorders. Our development programs combine clinically studied drug candidates with proprietary technologies for drug discovery, purification, formulation, nanotechnology-enabled delivery, and pathogen reduction. This integrated approach is designed to improve therapeutic performance, extend product lifecycles, and create multiple opportunities for strategic partnering and commercialization. Aphios' lead program, Zindol®, is being developed for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and is advancing toward pivotal Phase 3 development. Our broader pipeline includes programs addressing HIV latency, Alzheimer's disease and neuroinflammation, opioid use disorder, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, generalized anxiety disorder, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and pathogen reduction. Lead Program: Zindol® Zindol® is Aphios' lead clinical-stage therapeutic candidate for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). It is a standardized, ginger-derived botanical drug candidate being developed to address nausea, one of the most persistent and difficult-to-treat components of CINV. Zindol has been evaluated in clinical studies, including a randomized Phase 2/3 study involving 744 patients, and is being advanced toward pivotal clinical development. CNS and Neuroinflammation Aphios is developing multiple therapeutic candidates for disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems, supported by proprietary drug-delivery and nanotechnology platforms. Programs include APH-1104, APH-1105 and APH-2502 for Alzheimer's disease and neuroinflammation, as well as APH-1501-5 programs addressing opioid use disorder, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, generalized anxiety disorder, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy. Infectious Diseases and Pathogen Reduction APH-0812 is part of Aphios' therapeutic strategy for addressing HIV latency, supported by the Company's experience in natural products, biotechnology and drug development. Aphios' CFI® pathogen-reduction technology provides an additional platform opportunity for improving the safety of biological and pharmaceutical products. Platform-Enabled Development Aphios' therapeutic pipeline is supported by proprietary technologies spanning discovery, purification, formulation, nanotechnology-enabled delivery and pathogen reduction. These platforms support both internally developed products and opportunities for collaboration, co-development, licensing and strategic partnerships. Partnering Opportunity Aphios is seeking strategic partners and investors to advance selected therapeutic programs and expand the application of our proprietary enabling technology platforms. We are interested in working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, investors and other organizations committed to addressing unmet medical needs, chronic diseases, health and wellness, and improved quality of life.
