ZuriQ is an ETH Zürich spin-off building a utility-scale quantum computer based on a native two-dimensional trapped-ion architecture. It develops micro-fabricated ion-trap chips with arrays of electrodes, held in a static magnetic field, that allow ions to be trapped and rearranged above the chip surface. The company offers its quantum hardware technology and related research, and has raised $30M in capital.
