San Diego, 29 September 2026. RASIRC announced an expansion of its Nitride Hub program to California. RASIRC will open a second dedicated laboratory for advanced metal nitride development at the Qualcomm Institute at UC San Diego.
The laboratory will be adjacent to the Nano3 fabrication facility. The company said the program has been rapidly adopted.
The expansion builds on the program's success at UT Dallas.
