PixCor®

By Pixelligent Technologies

Delivering the UV stability required for your high-refractive-index (RI) Extended Reality, Display, and Sensor applications. PixCor® was developed to meet the same exacting performance standards as Pixelligent’s PixNIL® products, with the added benefit of dramatically improved UV stability. Our nanotechnology scientists created a proprietary core-shell design in which we surround our PixClear® Titania with a zirconia shell. This allows PixCor® enabled formulations to deliver the combined advantages of UV stability, high-refractive-index, low haze, and high transparency, resulting in far superior optical fidelity and image quality for pass-through optics applications. PixCor® is exclusively formulated into Pixelligent’s high-RI PixNIL® formulation product line, revolutionizing next-generation optoelectronic devices. - >85% improved UV durability vs. standard titania - <0.1% haze for superior optical clarity - Up to 1.9 for enhanced light control - >95% across visible wavelengths - <50 nm residual layer for fine patterning - 99.99% uniformity as measured by DLS PixCor® enabled formulations offer improved UV stability while maintaining high-RI, low haze, high transparency, and low residual layer thickness to deliver optimal optical properties and robust mechanical features. PixCor®-enabled PixNIL® formulations are available in solvent-containing versions and can be tailored to each customer’s specific device and process requirements, while solvent-free PixCor® formulations are offered through Pixelligent’s PixMicro™ product line. PixCor® core-shell dispersions are comprised of a proprietary Zirconia shell that surrounds a PixClear® Titania nanoparticle core. PixCor® enabled PixNIL® formulations have demonstrated excellent nanoimprintability with leading nanoimprint tool makers and can deliver high aspect ratios of up to 6:1, resulting in better optical fidelity and image quality.
