Particle counter for the remote on-site analysis of fluid samples – pressureless sampling and up to 420 bar system pressure testing The PAMAS S40 is a portable particle counting system for oil-based liquids like hydraulic and lubricating oil. A wear resistant ceramic piston pump guarantees a constant flow. With a simple-to-use touch screen user interface, operation is easy and intuitive. The system is equipped with an integrated battery for up to three hours operation and a data storage of up to 4000 measurements. The system can be used for batch sampling and online measurements. Additional accessories are available. Particle Measuring and Analysis Software The software programme PAMAS PMA is used to control the particle counters PAMAS SBSS, PAMAS SVSS and the instruments of the PAMAS S40 series. The particle numbers and sizes are classified within the sensor's size range according to national and international standards. The measuring report includes all sample parameters and the numerical and graphical presentation of the measuring results. The report is compliant with the cleanliness standards ISO 4406, SAE AS 4059, NAS 1638, GOST 17216, GJB 420 and NAVAIR 01-1A-17. The results are automatically stored and may be exported to Microsoft Excel for further evaluation.

The PAMAS Download-Software is compatible with the portable particle counters PAMAS S40 and PAMAS S4031. With the aid of the software, measuring results can be transferred from the particle counter to a PC. The data are transferred at first into a text file, which can then be converted into the required format (e.g. Excel or PDF).
