By BioNavis Ltd

MP-SPR instruments can be equipped with multiple wavelengths of light to measure the same surface spot at two, three, or even four different wavelengths simultaneously. Measuring the complete SPR curve with two or more wavelengths is crucial for enabling precise thickness and refractive index measurements. The number of wavelengths affects the prerequisite requirements: with a three- or four-wavelength setup, no prerequisites are needed to measure the thickness and refractive index of the layers and coatings. Multi-wavlenght capability is beneficial in all MP-SPR applications, and it is particularly essential in material characterization, extracellular vesicle size and concentration characterization, and live cell studies. All MP-SPR Navi™ instruments support up to two different wavelengths per fluidic channel. The MP-SPR Navi™ 200 OTSO, 210A VASA, and 220A NAALI instruments can be equipped with up to four different wavelengths per fluidic channel.

Unique Regenerable Avidin – Kit

Biotinylated sensor slide functionalized with the newest technology! Revolutionizing regenerable avidin kit allows reversible binding of biotinylated ligands and thus same sensor slide can be used to measure interaction of multiple ligand molecules. Biotinylation enables control of ligand orientation on the surface for interaction measurement. Surface is planar with moderate binding capacity. Avidin and thus biotinylated ligand can be removed from the surface using regeneration solution included in the kit. This means that the same sensor slide can be used not only for several analyte molecules but also for several ligand molecules. Kit contains reagents enough for 80 complete cycles of regeneration.Possibility to regenerate the surface allows longer unattended runs and reduces consumable costs. Contents of the kit: - 2 sensor slides - regeneration solutions for mild and complete regeneration (Reg. 1 and 2) - regenerable avidin
