Graphene-Enhanced Composite SMC

By NanoXplore Inc.

Graphene-enhanced composite SMC. For our Graphene Enhanced Solutions overall demand increasedfrom our two largest customers, while new contracts had full quarter contributions to fiscal Q3. As part of our 5-year strategic plan, our U.S. expansion is completed with the installation and commissioning of equipment. Start of production with Club Car at our Statesville plant has begun, contributing to our revenues since fiscal Q2. Demand from our customers for SMC parts is in excess of our capacity to produce which indicates a continued market shift towards composite materials and more specifically SMC. Capacity to produce SMC parts for the commercial vehicle market in North America is limited with only a few large manu-facturers, including the Corporation. The capacity being added with this initiative is smaller than the expected demand into the future and as such the Corporation expects to fully sell the added capacity over the course of 3 years. Production capacity will allow for the production of 80,000 truck parts at an average of $750USD per part.

GrapheneBlack™ Masterbatch Pellets

The GrapheneBlack™ Masterbatch Pellet product line is a pre-compounded, easy-to-use concentrate designed for seamless integration into thermoplastic applications. These pellets boost polymer performance and offer improvement over conventional fillers like carbon black, talc, calcium carbonate, and impact modifiers, delivering superior benefits across diverse industrial applications. Additive Replacement: GrapheneBlack™ Masterbatch can replace multiple additives, such as carbon black, compatibilizers, and UV stabilizer packages—helping simplify and boost performance of formulations while also reducing overall material costs. Cost-effectiveness: GrapheneBlack™ Masterbatch offers a high-performance solution at a better cost-in-use, even when compared to conventional additives, making it an affordable option for large-scale manufacturing. Since GrapheneBlack™ can be used at much lower addition rates versus conventional additives, its use provides cost savings by using less to achieve the same or better performance. High-Volume Supply: GrapheneBlack™ Masterbatch is available in large quantities to meet the demands of large production runs. Made in North America: Canadian production facility ensures fast delivery times, adherence to domestic industry standards, and strong partnerships with trusted North American suppliers.

GrapheneBlack™ CircuFlexGnP-PP

A graphene concentrate in a recycled PP carrier, designed to boost mechanical performance while maintaining impact resistance. Supplied as black pellets, offering a drop-in solution for both recycled and prime PP. Delivers stronger, stiffer parts through improved flexural modulus and flexural strength, combining rigidity and toughness in a single additive. Provides black color coverage and UV resistance while simplifying processing. Ideal for applications requiring improved strength and durability while preserving the benefits of recycled content, such as reusable packaging, material handling solutions, and structural components.

FortiFlex™ Films Masterbatch

FortiFlex is a GrapheneBlack xGnP™ film reinforcement masterbatch developed jointly by NanoXplore and Techmer PM to improve the mechanical performance of polyethylene blown films, reduce cost, and maximize sustainability. At 0.1% wt. graphene addition rate, film producers and converters can boost film strength by 70% and increase puncture resistance by 105%. This strength enhancement enables film producers to downgauge thickness up to 20% and increase recycled content to deliver cost savings and environmental benefit.

GrapheneBlack™ MB HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

For applications requiring enhanced mechanical strength, electrical and thermal conductivity, as well as improved UV resistance and barrier properties. It can be used in industrial products, such as pipes, geosynthetics, and municipal bins, as well as consumer products, including packaging, sporting goods, home and garden goods.
