The market of paints, resins and coatings requires more and more performing products, able to find innovative solutions. Tec Star produces nanoparticles as additive for paints and resins, allowing them to reach new properties as: - increase in scratch resistance and surface hardness; - increase in resistance to UV rays; - increase in corrosion protection; - creation of sanitizing surfaces. Thanks to the use of nanoparticles as nano-additives in coatings, it is also possible to ennoble low performing materials, making them able to: - increase corrosion resistance; - increase surface hardness; - reduce of the coefficient of mechanical wear and friction; - partly replace the chromium passivation treatment in corrosive environment.
