IQAC manages an active portfolio of patents ranging from new synthetic methodologies to nanomedicines and high-precision diagnostic systems. These assets are the direct result of our strategic research lines and seek to provide answers to unresolved health, environmental, and sustainability issues. IQAC manages a solid patent portfolio that acts as a pillar for transforming research into tangible solutions for the market and society. With more than 20 assets, our activity focuses on protecting innovations in fields such as nanotechnology, high-precision diagnostics, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and green chemistry. Since 2007, we have maintained a constant evolution of priority applications that scale toward international (PCT) and national phases, guaranteeing global protection of the knowledge generated in our strategic research lines. This technological maturity translates into a high degree of transfer: we have numerous patents licensed to leading companies such as Bicosome, Arthex Biotech, or Renerbio, generating a sustained economic impact through royalties exceeding ninety thousand euros annually in recent years.
