The Quantum Nanofabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) hosts a number of lab spaces, many of which are located in the Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre. Lab spaces include our 8000 sq. ft. ISO 5/4 cleanroom, semiconductor packaging lab, sample preparation lab, and our suite of metrology labs in the QNC basement. Unless otherwise noted, most QNFCF equipment is located at its main site in the Lazaridis Quantum Nano-Centre.
