Nanoshift LLC specially tuned deep silicon etch process achieved ultra-smooth, mirror-polished sidewalls with a surface roughness (Sa) below 10 nm. Images A and B show SEM of the etched sidewalls. Image C shows fully released structures, revealing mirror-like sidewall finishes.
