abberior has developed a fully motorized upgrade for polarization anisotropy measurements with our INFINITY line. It is entirely compatible with all STED imaging modes. To this end, every beam path – excitation, STED, as well as the detection beam path – is equipped with motorized polarization optics. Full software integration and a dedicated calibration procedure ensure that the user can select arbitrary polarization conditions for each beam of her INFINITY STED microscope.
