Master mold made using 5-Axis diamond turning and replication process using UV epoxy resin. Nanofilm's Nanofabrication combines ODM/OEM micro-optics expertise with a proprietary synchronous 5-axis diamond-turning control, delivering superior angular precision and freeform master molds not feasible with standard methods. The result is tighter tolerances, higher-fidelity replication into polymer tooling, and faster design-to-production for micro optics.
