Hard Coating Solutions for High-Performance Tools and Components Our PVD nitride-based hard coatings deliver exceptional wear resistance and thermal stability, extending tool and component lifespan under extreme conditions up to 1,100 °C. Hard-Coated Tools Deliver Superior Performance Over Uncoated Hard coatings with high microhardness act as a dry lubricant, reducing friction, wear, and galling during cutting and forming operations. This enhances tool productivity, extends service life, and improves yield rates in demanding industrial applications. We have over 25 years of experiences in vacuum coating / physical vapour deposition (PVD) / thin-film coating and are a leader in the field. We are a technology driven integrated player with proprietary technologies. Our coating solutions are engineered using our in-house designed and manufactured coating equipment. Our coating solutions are largely physical vapour deposition (PVD) based. A technology that is environmentally friendly. What kind of coating solutions you provide? Our coating solutions consist of decorative coating with scratch resistant, tribological wear resistant coating, conductive corrosion resistant coating, non-stick coating, electrical magnetic field insulation, hydrophobic and anti-reflective coating. What are the main applications of your coating? Our coating solutions resolve mission critical tribological, conductive and surface energy issues for customers in consumer electronics, automotive, semiconductor, hydrogen energy, optical, life science, tool and die and other general industries (textile, printing). What substates can your solutions coat? We can coat a wide range of substrates including metal (stainless steel, copper, aluminium), alloy, polymer (plastic), and ceramics. What is the substrate maximum size? Our coating equipment has chamber size as big as 1.5m X 1.5m. The maximum size of substrate depends on the shape. Where are your coating centres? We have multiple coating centres in Singapore, China, Japan, and Vietnam. What is your lead time? Lead time varies depending on your specification.
