HRL offers MPW services for its millimeter-wave GaN technology for the fabrication of high-frequency monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs). Design teams can prototype circuits at reduced cost. Dedicated wafer services provide another method to access our GaN fab for further MMIC design development on flexible schedule. Additional testing and packaging services are available as options. HRL offers free training for its Process Design Kit (PDK), which is available in both Microwave Office and ADS.
