Nanofilm's Nanofabrication combines ODM/OEM micro-optics expertise with a proprietary synchronous 5-axis diamond-turning control, delivering superior angular precision and freeform master molds not feasible with standard methods. The result is tighter tolerances, higher-fidelity replication into polymer tooling, and faster design-to-production for micro optics. We make polymer micro-optics covering Microlens Arrays (MLA), Alvarez lenses, Fresnel lenses, PIR lenses, and custom designs. We also support different substrates, including flexible PET sheets and glass, from DFM to mass production. For injection mould process, we can achieve 0.1μm resolution. For replication process we can achieve resolution higher than 0.1μm.
