Reynard manufactures variable neutral density (ND) filters where the density or pattern can be customized to vary across the substrate. Continuously variable gradient filters are optical filters that have variable light transmission and are designed to operate from the UV to the far Infrared. They can be produced as small as a few millimeters to over 250mm in diameter or square. The optical density ranges from 0–1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 typically. Reynard offers custom sizes and densities upon request. Custom prototypes to volume production are available. Reynard is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, and Cybersecurity (CMMC) compliant, providing the quality standards and compliance many industries require.
