PZT (lead zirconate titanate) remains the benchmark for high-performance PiezoMEMS devices. Its strong piezoelectric response enables efficient actuation and sensing, and it is currently the most widely used thin-film material in demanding MEMS applications. Achieving stable results at production scale requires careful control of deposition conditions, crystallographic orientation, and process integration – all areas where deep foundry expertise is essential.
