Many have claimed to have high strength additive manufacturing powders with repeatable properties, no one has yet delivered on this claim. Gamma can deliver on this claim. With our nano-ceramic particles buried inside the metal particles, we are printable, and we maintain our strength after printing. The presence of the particles allow the grain structure to reform after the fast melt-freeze process that occurs during printing, resulting in a fine grain and crack-free microstructure that optimizes performance.
