GenePS

By Spatial Genomics

We offer the new GenePS device to enable spatial research. This sensitive confocal imager is combined with advanced fluidics to deliver excellent results. Off-the-shelf and custom gene panels are available to meet your project needs and powerful analysis software allows you to quickly review the results. Spatial Genomics reveals biology. The GenePS can assay single-cell gene expression, protein expression, and genomic and epigenomic states within intact cells and tissues. As a result, we catalog more than cell states and are better able to assess cell neighborhoods, interactions, and influences. We have developed sequential fluorescence in situ hybridization (seqFISH), an advanced biomolecular analysis method that merges imaging with combinatorial molecular barcoding. Our single unifying platform, GenePS, reveals previously unexplored biology through subcellular imaging of RNA, DNA, and protein. We can generate multi-omic analyses beyond the capabilities of other types of spatial genomics systems, with the flexibility to assess the expression of many genes. The GenePS platform enables the detection of highly multiplexed biomolecular identities and locations within single cells, through high-resolution imaging of intact tissue samples. With this highly resolved view of cells within tissue microenvironments, comes better understanding of fundamental biology, health, and disease.
