Nanocomp 13.3” frontlight guide is 0.5 mm thick and has excellent luminance uniformity, color and contrast properties. It is designed for digital signage applications, such as real time passenger information displays, but works equally well for handheld devices. Full optical bonding minimizes outside reflections. The lightguide is an off-the-shelf component, effectively operated with eight pieces of LEDs, and is available in PC Key performance measures: - Uniformity ≥85% (VESA, 9 points) - Δu´v´<0.008 (CIE 1976, 9 points) - Efficiency: 150 cd/m2@1 W

Our continuous lightguide film, NCLux Film, is an example of a cutting-edge technology introduced into the automotive marketplace. Most of the features our NCLux Film provides differentiate significantly from our competitors, that is also how we excel in this arena. The thickness of our lightguide film being as thin as 0,5mm or less is extraordinary, particularly for the designers. It renders more space and freedom for designing as well as facilitating the lamination of a variety of topcoats, such as perforated wood, plastic, metal, leather and fabrics. Meanwhile, the flexibility of the film makes it possible to apply our lightguide to the most moderately curved surfaces. The continuous lightguide film is supplied in rolls, thus the length of applications is unrestricted. What’s more, our embedded micro-optics are rarely seen, if not being the only provider in the industry. Not only are they highly efficient but also have a remarkable score of over 80% in luminance uniformity.

The 9.7” FLGP for EPD carries on the same merits possessed by the product family, particularly, high contrast ratio, low power consumption and exceptional thinness. The thickness of this 9.7” FLGP is 0.4 mm. It can be operated effectively with as few as eight pieces of LEDs, making it a good fit with applications requiring low power consumption. Certainly, more LEDs could be added to further improve luminance level if desired. By applying another set of warmer LEDs, the adjustment between the cool/warm color temperatures can be realized, providing extra eye comfort for different reading situations. Technical data of this product is displayed below. Key performance measures: - Uniformity ≥85% (VESA, 9 points) - Δu´v´<0.008 (CIE 1976, 9 points) - Efficiency: 300 cd/m2@1 W - Material: PC Identical to other models of our FLG products, the 9.7” FLGP is an excellent choice for e-reading and information display applications alike.

Microlens array films manufactured by UV roll-to-roll imprinting Nanocomp’s top-of-the-line modern lithography machinery (direct write laser, DWL) has enabled significant performance and quality improvement on grayscale/continuous microstructures. One such microstructure is micro lens array, MLA. We can provide customizable, high quality MLAs according to your specifications. Great tooling is accompanied with highly efficient production technology. UV roll-to-roll imprinting. This enables cost efficient and large volume production of MLA films. UV imprinting has very accurate replication of shapes that can’t be reached with traditional production technologies (IM, hot embossing). Key benefits of Nanocomp Microlens array films: - Ultra thin and flexible film components (down to 10µm total thickness) - Excellent optical performance by precise structures - Customized arrangements and parameters Specifications - Shape: spherical, cylindrical, elliptical (both convex and concave) - Arrangement: hexagonal, rectangular (up to 100 % fill factor), custom - Smallest F-number: f/1 - Surface quality: optical - Max surface area up to 450 X 450 mm, seamless Applications - Displays - Diffusers in BLU - Optical sensors - Fiber couplers - 3D imaging and VR - Security and surveillance

Multilayer refractive index (RI) tuned film is a great demostration of Nanocomp's technological and productional capabilities. It combines microstructure imprinted film with refractive index controlled material and both of them represent the competitive advantages of Nanocomp. Multilayer refractive index tuned film has two refractive index layers with functional microstructure in between. The whole process is compatible with Nanocomp's UV roll to roll imprint production. Key benefits: - Highly functional component reducing the bill of materials - Enables using standard integration materials and process - Optical functionality is hidden and protected from surroundings Applications: - Displays - Sensors - Lightguides - Waveguides - Other optics Specifications: - Available refractive index range n 1.4 – 1.6, allowing effective refractive index difference between layers up to 0.2. - Substrate materials: PET, PMMA, PC - Widths up to 500mm
