Recently Nikon introduced so called “Super Resolution Light Microscopes” which offer a resolution up to 20 nm.
The Dena detector series is available as a rack system or as a tabletop system. The instruments integrate a cryostat, electronics, helium compressor and vacuum system into compact and easy-to-use systems with user-friendly software. The detectors combine broad capabilities, high scalability and high speed counting.
