Addalloy 5T Powder

Addalloy 5T powder is specifically designed for 3D printing, taking advantage of atomization and selective laser melting processes with its patented composition to create advanced microstructures with non-traditional strengthening mechanisms. The result is a versatile aluminum alloy for rapid prototyping and serial production of parts with excellent strength and ductility. Heat-Treatable for Maximum STrength: Unlike conventional 5000-series alloys, Addalloy 5T is formulated to be precipitation strengthened with simple thermal treatments after fabrication. Mechanical properties can be modified as needed without work hardening and deformation. Stronger than Al-Si Additive alloys: Printed parts made with Addalloy 5T powders have properties that exceed those made with incumbent aluminum silicon based powders, allowing printed parts to be used in demanding structural applications. Reusable Pre-Alloyed Powder: Unlike competitors who use powder blends and coatings to enable printability and refine grains, Addalloy 5T powder is composed of a uniform alloy of spherical morphology that economically improves powder spreadability and recovery during printing.

Addalloy® HX Powder

Addalloy HX powder is specifically designed for 3D printing, taking advantage of atomization and selective laser melting with its patented composition to create advanced microstructures with non-traditional strengthening mechanisms. The result is a highly conductive alloy with excellent strength meant for rapid prototyping and serial production of parts for thermal applications. Excellent conductivity… With its low-alloyed composition, Addalloy HX uses it high aluminum content to maximize its ability to conduct both heat and electricity. Printed Addalloy HX parts are best suited for use in intricate heat exchanger, heat sink, and electronic component designs. …Without Losing strength Despite minimal alloying, Addalloy HX utilizes NanoAL nano-precipitation technology to induce significant improvements in mechanical strength that remain stable at elevated service temperatures. Reusable Pre-Alloyed Powder Unlike competitors who use powder blends and coatings to enable printability and refine grains, Addalloy HX powder is composed of a uniform alloy of spherical morphology that economically improves powder spreadability and recovery during printing.

Addalloy 7S Powder

Addalloy 7S powder is specifically designed for 3D printing, taking advantage of atomization and selective laser melting with its patented composition to create advanced microstructures with non-traditional strengthening mechanisms. The result is a high-performing aluminum alloy for rapid prototyping and serial production of parts for demanding applications where minimal weight is critical. Ultra-High Strength Aluminum for 3D Printing Addalloy 7S printed parts are characterized by their ultra-high strength after simple thermal treatment. High specific strength and topology optimization make Addalloy 7S an ideal material choice for lightweighting applications. Reusable Pre-Alloyed Powder Unlike competitors who use powder blends and coatings to enable printability and refine grains, Addalloy 7S powder is composed of a uniform alloy of spherical morphology that economically improves powder spreadability and recovery during printing.

High-Strength Sheet

NanoAL’s nano-precipitation technology is well-suited for a variety of aluminum series (1000-, 3000-, 5000-, 6000- and 8000-series), and enhances the base alloys with the following features: unrivaled combination of strength and ductility, heat-treatable and weldable, thermally stable to 400°C, excellent creep resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent machinability. Our nano-modified aluminum alloys do not contain rare or expensive elements and do not require changing the processing of the original alloy.
