MICROTEST™ MT5000ER is a high load EBSD stage. With 5kN load cell capability, new material characteristics can be tested with accuracy, stability and repeatability. The identification of slip bands, strain marks, deformations, dislocations and crystalline defects are now possible within your SEM under varying test conditions, allowing characterisation of sample microstructure in real-time. Our room temperature EBSD stage, the MT5000EH, delivers – fully optimised for both Horizontal SEM Imaging and EBSD. Additionally, this stage is field-upgradable to the MT5000EH with 1000° C heating, ensuring a future-proof investment! With force resolution less than 0.003% FS, the 5kN EBSD stage from Deben offers dual motor control, user exchangeable loadcells and jaws, and options for bending jaws and compression cage. The newly developed ‘Deben Test Suite’ software also allows full control of your stage and data, and is designed with ease-of-use in mind no matter what EBSD detector or SEM you use. Deben’s in-house design and manufacturing teams also allow bespoke and custom clamps and jaws, to suit your sample needs. Features - Horizontally mounted dual-motor tensile and compression testing stage - 5kN tensile to 5kN compression (Continuous) - 5kN loadcell, linearity ±0.5% of full-scale range - Force resolution better than 01% FS - Dual optical extensometers for position readout, resolution 100nm - Motor speed (per jaw): 55µm/s – 15µm/s (0.033mm/min. – 0.9mm/min.) - Motor speed (combined): 1µm/s – 30µm/s (0.067mm/min. – 1.8mm/min.) - Maximum travel: 20mm (30 to 50mm between jaws) - Dual motor allows independent or dual jaw movement - User Exchangeable Flat Sample Jaws and 70° tilt EBSD Jaws - EBSD 70° jaw position has clear line of sight to SEM lens and EBSD detector with no shadowing - EBSD and Horizontal sample dimensions: - Gauge length 30-50mm, sample clamping length 10mm each end, maximum width 5mm - Dimensions: 225mm x 132mm x 66mm (L, W, H) - Weight: 3kg approx. - DEBEN TEST SUITE™ software control Suitable for: Light Microscopy, Metallurgy, Ceramics, Semiconductors, Electronics, Geology, Raw Materials, Aerospace, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)

CT5000RT X-ray CT Tensile and Compression Stage A compact in-situ tensile and compression stage for X-ray CT and µXCT systems, enabling real-time 3D imaging of internal material behaviour during mechanical loading. CT5000RT – In-Situ Tensile & Compression Stage for X-ray CT In association with the major manufacturers µXCT systems including Zeiss, RX Solutions, Bruker, Tescan/XRE, Nikon, Sigray and Baker Hughes/Waygate we are now able to offer an integrated tensile testing solution for your µXCT application. Using tensile testing with µXCT provides a clear visual interpretation of how the properties of materials and composites change under different loading conditions. The compact design of these testing stages allow them to be used with the smallest high resolution micro CT systems providing a range of tensile and compression stages with forces up to 20kN and resolutions down to 25mN. Systems are controlled from the comprehensive MICROTEST tensile stage control software giving a wide range of control functions and a live display of load versus extension and supplied with all required cabling and mounting adaptors for specific µXCT systems. Further details and pricing is available from your micro CT supplier or direct from Deben.
