We have a globally-unique method of producing large-size graphene, HSMG® (High Strength Metallurgical Graphene), and knowledge and experience in graphene materials and their processing. The Company has devised and patented a production technology of large-size graphene on liquid metal – HSMG. It ensures the best quality properties of large-size graphene, which may be used in the most demanding applications, e.g. in electronics, including: microprocessors, sensors and transistors.

HSMG® graphene is a large-size quasi-mono-crystal graphene and it is produced by a metallurgical growth on liquid metal. This growth technology is patented and implemented by Advanced Graphene Products in mass production. Production process 01. NI ribbon 02. NI/CU matrix preparation 03. HSMG graphene production processes 04. Quality control 05. Graphene transfer to the base High Strength Metallurgical Graphene 01. Globally unique technology of graphene production 02. Key product advantage - high quality of the graphene produced, - unique properties. 03. Granted international patents ( PL / UE / USA ) HSMG® graphene properties Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms which, owing to the specificity of inter-atomic bonds, demonstrates unique properties. Graphene materials are found in two main forms: large-size graphene and flake graphene. Depending on the target application, it is necessary to choose proper graphene parameters. NEW GRAPHENE TYPE HSMG® metallurgical graphene is a totally new type of graphene. It stands out for higher durability and lower number of defects. The size of single grains in the layer reaches 1 mm, and the structure of graphene is continuous since the growth process minimises the formation of overlapping. As theoretical graphene, HSMG® also demonstrates semiconductor properties. NEW PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY HSMG® is produced by means of a method patented by AGP, consisting in the metallurgical growth on the matrix from liquid metal. This technology is implemented at AGP for mass production and it enables the use of graphene on an industrial scale. The largest obtainable graphene surface reaches the size of 100 cm x 20 cm! MATERIAL SPECIFICATION Single grains with the max. size of 1 mm. High coverage degree and continuity (95%). Quasi-monocrystal graphene. Surface resistivity <250 [Ω/cm2]. Negative temperature resistance coefficient. Possibility of transferring to various bases. Commercial use of graphene Graphene may be used both for improving the properties of the already existing products and it may be used for creating new, innovative technologies. The applications are created in the following industry branches: Construction, sensors, touch screens, electronics, composites, space industry, filtration membranes, energy storage, sports equipment... and many, many other!

We are the exclusive representative of Garmor on the European markets. Garmor belongs to Asbury Group which is the producer of edge functionalised graphene (EFG). Its main advantage is the maximisation of the durability of load-carrying materials. Its small amount is enough for creating improved materials with physical properties which have not been known so far. unique and simple in implementation Edge Functionalised Graphene (EFG) is compatible with a wide range of chemical substances. Competitive prices We use an innovative production process to supply the cheapest functionalised graphene available on the market. Environmentally friendly The only side product of the production process is water. Garmor Edge Functionalised Graphene (EFG) may be implemented on monomers and polymers. Owing to the technique used, it is possible to transfer the excellent properties of graphene from a nanoscale to materials used commercially in a macro scale. What will you get? Your products will have far better technical parameters: they will be more functional. Patented mechanical process Garmor Edge Functionalised Graphene has a patented mechanical process which oxidises graphite by edges. Only edges are oxidised Oxidising only on edges leaves the basal plane undamaged and it maintains durability and functionality. The best price We are a distributor of the cheapest functionalised graphene 5X or more, and the only company which is able to supply the functionalised graphene on a commercial scale. Ideal for polymers Added in the monomer phase, oxidised edges are transferred (convalescent bonds) with monomer and deposit the functionalised graphene in the polymer frame. Use in cement Our graphene oxide enhances cement durability by 40-50%. Plenty of applications Garmor Edge-Functionalised Graphene is able to improve coats, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and synthetic foams.

The first Polish commercial filament with graphene. Available in bulk and containing graphene with certified structure. PLA FILAMENT with GRAPHENE – combines the advantages of ABS and PLA plastics It is a composite material containing a nanoaddition in the form of graphene flakes. Thanks to it, the filament is characterised by high strength and durability in relation to the PLA base material. PLA and PET-G filaments are enriched with graphene flakes, which clearly improve the properties of the base materials such as the modulus of elasticity or tensile strength. This material is a perfect alternative to ABS, offering high mechanical properties (similar to ABS) and ease of printing characteristic of PLA. Importantly, it does not give off unpleasant odour when printing and gives you the ability to print effectively with any type of printer. As far as the sectors using the filament with graphene are concerned, these are mostly: telecommunications, medicine, aviation and space industry. In everyday printing, they can be successfully used for printing prototypes, structural elements, toys and everyday materials. What are the differences between filament with graphene and the ordinary one? Filaments with graphene have significantly better mechanical resistance and better printing parameters, without deteriorating other properties. They may be used for the following purposes: engineering, mechanical, prototyping, manufacture of spare parts, manufacture of toys or figures, and many other. Is a filament with graphene compatible with all 3D printers? Yes. Filament with graphene is compatible with every printer which is able to print with standard 1.75 mm PLA and PET-G filaments. Is PROGRAFEN filament suitable for 3D pens? Yes. This filament is suitable for 3D pens which have the thickness of 1.75 mm. Which jet may be used for printing with filament with graphene? You can use any jets, also standard made of brass. Filament with graphene, unlike carbon fibre, is not abrasive.

Flake graphene has a form of a dry powder, different types of liquid dispersions and pastes. It is used as an additive to paints, varnishes and composites, improving effectively the properties of a final product. Flake graphene is made from a graphite precursor as a result of a chemical synthesis or mechanical processing consisting in the defragmentation of a graphite structure into single graphene flakes. Flake graphene has a form of a dry powder, different types of liquid dispersions and pastes. It is used as an additive to paints, varnishes and composites, improving effectively the properties of a final product. The productivity of AGP allows for the annual production of 100 kg of flake graphene.
