The PAMAS 4132 is used as a particle counting system for Single & Multipass Filter test rigs. The standard system fits in the test rigs of filter manufacturers. In case of a Single Pass Filter Test, the liquid passes the filter only once and then is deviated to the outflow. For ß-ratio-analyses, the Single Pass Filter Test can be performed with two PAMAS 4132 instruments. Two PAMAS 4132 instruments - equipped with 32 size channels each - are also used for the Multipass Filter Test. This test rig with two particle counters allows simultaneous upstream and downstream measurements. For the Multipass Filter Test, the liquid flows continuously through the system. The particle counting system PAMAS 4132 analyses liquids of various viscosity degrees (e.g. oil, fuel, water, etc.). The system is adaptable to any Multipass application and ß-ratio analysis. Laboratory particle counter for liquids with a viscosity of up to 1600 cSt with an external pressure supply and precise flow rate control The PAMAS SBSS is a particle counting system for batch sampling. The PAMAS SBSS is the standard instrument used as a reference in many testing labs. The instrument may be programmed to measure a sample without the need of an operator, like pre-filling the internal dead volume, degassing the sample with vacuum, pressurising the sample for a number of measurement runs, and relieving pressure at the end. High accuracy and repeatability, fast purging and back flush possibility are the key benefits of the system. This video presents the product features of the PAMAS SBSS laboratory particle analysing system.
