Use of R&D reference lines as benchmarks, for example for new or alternative materials, analytics and process controls We have a wide range of preparation, processing and coating systems as well as extensive analytical methods at our disposal for our research and for the many different collaborations with national and international partners. The focus is on the development of technologies for photovoltaics and "related" semiconductor technologies.
