We explore multiple scalable deposition techniques to fabricate perovskite top cells, ensuring compatibility with industrial processes: - Slot-die coating for high-throughput processing - Evaporation in collaboration with our PVD group - Inkjet printing for material-efficient patterning By integrating these scalable approaches, we are paving the way for tandem solar cells that can be transferred to industrial production.
