Our tailored support includes identifying and assessing business opportunities, developing business plans, and securing funding so that researchers can establish new technology-based companies (TBCs), helping to strengthen an innovation-driven industrial sector. We also prepare and negotiate the agreements between the parties involved, including shareholders' agreements for the incorporation of the technology-based company.
