You can call the Woollam Company and ask to speak with an Applications Engineer (+1-402-477-7501) or e-mail measurements@jawoollam.com and you will contact an engineer that has used every different type of ellipsometer to measure a wide variety of samples. You can also ask the Applications Engineer to send you a list of “power” users.
