Etch-free nano-imprint process

By SOLNIL

SOLNIL is a deep-tech startup developing materials and etch-free nano-imprint processes for large-scale fabrication of photonic metasurfaces, coatings and advanced optical components. Etch-free, scalable nano-manufacturing: Eliminates complex vacuum and etching steps, enabling lower-cost, high-throughput, green fabrication of photonic surfaces based on inorganic materials. Tunable and extreme refractive indices: High- and ultra-low-index resins allow precise control of optical properties for metasurfaces, antireflection structures, and advanced wavefront control. Lasting high optical performances: Nano-printed optics achieving high transmission and laser damage thresholds comparable to bulk materials, improving durability in demanding applications. High versatility & process compatibility: Additive processes on large wafers of glass, fused silica, silicon, SOI, silicon-carbide, germanium, GOI, sapphire, and even curved surfaces, broadening integration in optical systems.
