- The workshop focused on the regulatory framework for health products containing nanomaterials. - During the workshop, participants reviewed and discussed major regulatory processes and guidelines for the approval and commercialization of medical devices and medicinal products that incorporate nanoparticles. Furthermore, the applicability of additional guidelines for other nanomaterial-containing products, including chemicals, food, and cosmetics were also explored and presented. - From BNN, Daniel García gave a key presentation on strategic regulatory components for health products containing nanotechnology to reach the EU market.
