Over the past two years, Professor Devi has been driving the establishment and expansion of the ALD and MOCVD Competence Center at IFW Dresden as part of her research efforts. The aim of this initiative is to enable large-scale processing of advanced functional materials at the atomic level for future nanotechnologies. The emerging competence center is increasingly becoming a prominent national and international resource for researchers and industry partners.
