Lurederra successfully designed a workflow to transform several types of recycled materials into high-quality metal precursors suitable for being use in flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) equipment. Throughout the project, Lurederra conducted numerous FSP productions at different scales, progressively optimizing active materials for NMC-based cathodes to achieve the desired physicochemical properties, such as specific crystalline phases and metal ratios.
