We assess the strength of interactions between antibodies and their specific target epitope to help you select the best antibodies for your assays, ensuring high sensitivity and specificity. We have conducted KD (equilibrium dissociation constant) measurements for over 15 monoclonal antibodies from one of our key customers. Lower KD values indicate higher antibody affinity; to achieve ultrasensitivity, high-affinity antibodies with KD values in the picomole to femtomole range are recommended.
