Our centerpiece is an 800-square-meter cleanroom built to international semiconductor industry standards, enabling R&D in micro and nanofabrication. This facility supports researchers in semiconductor device development, advanced materials characterization, and nanofabrication process optimization. Equipped with a 600 sqm Class100/1000 Clean Room and 15 advanced central utility systems. Includes 40 fabrication tools, 20 imaging and characterization instruments, and 10 imaging and characterization labs, with 50% of the equipment fleet recently purchased.
