We make custom Nano Channel Chips on the fly. Insight Chips has full control of all Nano Channel Chip patterns, as we use a maskless lithography tool to write the patterns. That means that we can draw any channel pattern and make it immediately. Therefore we can effortlessly make a channel design for your needs - for specific flow control, mixing, imaging multiple samples separately in one chip, or something else entirely. Insight Chips manufactures all of our chips and holders in-house, allowing us to develop extensive expertise in both areas. We also run chip production batches every 2-3 months, which means you can place a custom order to be included in the next production cycle. For example, we have successfully produced Nano Channel Chips with fully customizable internal channel structures, tailored to different types of flow and mixing setups.
