We offer a complete service that includes the preparation, extraction, analysis, and quantification of the different lipids present in the sample. Additionally, we provide personalized scientific advice at all stages of the project, from experimental design to the interpretation of results. - Reception and pre-preparation Depending on the project’s needs, we offer protein quantification to normalize the results. - Lipid extraction We apply specific protocols adapted to each type of sample to ensure optimal recovery of the lipids to be analyzed. - LC-MS analysis We use mass spectrometry through two systems: a UPLC-cIMS-QTOF unit, which allows for high-resolution lipid separation and identification, and a UPLC-TQ-MS system, suitable for targeted analysis and quantification of specific lipids. - Processing and quantification We identify and quantify lipid species in a targeted manner, using internal and external standards. - Delivery of results We provide a detailed report in Excel format with the list of identified and quantified lipid species, as well as summary graphs that facilitate biological interpretation.
