Using the Solstice®Wet Etch Chamber Solstice uses face-down processing and precise temperature control to enable fast and efficient Pirahna processing. Direct impinging spray allows for safer and lower-temperature SPM ratios to be used with higher effectiveness compared to batch and bench processing. Fluidic controls with peroxide spiking and temperature control allow for efficient processing.
