Custom Optical Diffusers
Holographix designs and produces cost-effective, high quality, custom engineered optical diffusers to customer specifications. We design and manufacture a wide range of solutions, from basic patterns to more complex random and pseudo-random profiles. Holographix’ optical diffusers are produced to submicron tolerances in a variety of shapes and packing configurations. Holographix differentiates itself from the competition by offering:
Cost-Effective Solutions:
Holographix’ replication process is economically scalable for volume manufacturing. Production quantities ranging from 100 individual components to 10,000 wafers per year can be accommodated.
Optical Design:
Holographix’ optical design team fully utilizes the unique abilities of our proprietary replication materials to achieve the highest performance possible for our customers.
Exceptional Performance:
Up to 99% transmission throughput with AR coating. Low stray light.
Manufacturing Excellence:
High quality, custom optical diffusers with repeatable performance! Holographix is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and proudly manufactures all optical components and assemblies in the USA.
Nano- and Micro-Optics
Holographix specializes in the production of high fidelity surface relief structures using our state-of-the-art replication technology. Our proprietary cold forming replication process can reproduce virtually any surface structure onto a variety of substrate shapes, sizes and materials. From lenslet arrays and sub-micron motheye structures to high-aspect-ratio diffraction gratings, we can mold the surface structure with such fidelity that the performance of the component in many cases equals the master it was derived from. Holographix replicates structures with pitches and depths ranging from less than 10 nm to more than 100 microns.
Applications Include:
Patterned quartz masks and silicon wafers
Microwells for microfluidic applications
Optical diffusers
Diffractive and refractive micro-optics
Waveguide structures
Motheye anti-reflection structures
Benefits Include:
Cost effective approach to both low or high volume production without compromising quality
Provides security for your initial investment through generation of replicated stamper and template tools
