The NRS-5000/7000 series represents a line of research-grade, confocal Raman microscopes designed for high-performance applications. These instruments are built for exceptional spectral and spatial resolution and can be configured with up to eight lasers, ranging from the UV to the NIR, to optimize measurements for different samples and minimize fluorescence. The system is fully automated, allowing for software control of laser and grating selection, alignment, and calibration. It features advanced imaging capabilities for rapid, high-resolution 2D and 3D mapping of samples. The entire system is enclosed in a Class 1 laser-safe housing.

The NRS-4500 is a benchtop, confocal Raman microscope designed for a wide range of applications, from routine quality control to advanced research. The system is built on a rigid optical bench and features a fully automated design, allowing software control for switching between up to three internal lasers (with a range of available wavelengths from 457 nm to 1064 nm), four gratings, and rejection filters. It is equipped with an automated XYZ stage for high-resolution confocal imaging and 3D mapping with a spatial resolution down to 1 µm. The instrument can be used for both micro and macro measurements and is controlled by a comprehensive software suite that includes tools for fluorescence rejection, automated sample searching based on image analysis, and extensive data processing.

The FT/IR-4X is a powerful, benchtop Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometer designed for a wide range of applications, from routine analysis to research. It features a compact design but maintains a large sample compartment compatible with numerous accessories, including various ATR, transmission, and reflection sample holders. Key features include a sealed interferometer with non-hygroscopic KRS-5 windows, a temperature-controlled DLaTGS detector, a high-output ceramic source, and permanently aligned corner-cube mirrors for stability. The standard instrument measures in the mid-IR range (7800 to 350 cm⁻¹), but can be optionally configured for NIR and Far-IR applications. It is also compatible with FTIR microscope attachments for micro-analysis.
