The University of Utah - Utah Nanofab is a multi-user, open-access facility for micro- and nano-scale device fabrication. As a node in the National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NNCI), the Nanofab provides a broad community of academic and industrial researchers with access to state-of-the-art lithography, deposition, and characterization tools.
